16V and Silvertop engines all utilize a rubber dampener in between the middle part of the most crucial crank pulley and both of two outer pulley rows. The Blacktop on the other hand only has dampening around the pulley row that may be around the aspect closer towards the engine, as such the outwards experiencing row within the pulley and that is th
